Replacements & Order Issues
Made-to-order (no returns for sizing/change of mind)
All items are printed on demand. Because each product is made specifically for your order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

wrong size / fit

changed mind / buyer’s remorse

ordering the wrong color or style
If there’s a problem, we’ll fix it (Print Quality Guarantee)
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll replace it or refund it. In these cases, you typically don’t need to send anything back.
Claim window
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery/estimated delivery (depending on the issue) so we can file a problem report in time.
What to send us
Email us with:

A short description of the issue

Clear photos (full item + close-up of the problem)
Lost packages / tracking issues

Lost in transit: Report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we can cover a reprint/reship if the carrier confirms it’s lost.

Marked “Delivered” but not received: We generally can’t cover a free replacement in that case; we’ll help you troubleshoot, but replacements are not guaranteed.
Wrong address / returned-to-sender
If the address is wrong and the order has already shipped, it may be returned. Once it’s returned, you’ll have 30 days to confirm an updated address for reshipping, and you’ll need to cover reshipping if the original address was incorrect.
